GETBATS VIRUS BUSTER

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. GETBATS Virus Buster will run from 2nd November 2020 12:00AM to 27th December 2020 11:59PM (“Campaign Period”)

2. Only registered GETBATS members (“Members”) are eligible to play.

3. During the Campaign Period:
(a) Each Member will be allowed three (3) chances daily to play the GETBATS Virus Buster.
(b) The winning cycle of the GETBATS Virus Buster is on a weekly basis.
(c) Points won from the GETBATS Virus Buster will not be brought forward to the following week.

4. Top the leaderboard to win, three (3) Top-score Members will be selected throughout the week (Monday to Sunday).

5. Announcement of winners:
(a) The Weekly Winner shall be announced on GETBATS official website leaderboard page (www.getbats.com) at on the following day.
(b) Winners will be informed through GETBATS inbox message as well.

6. Please refer to the following week cycle:

Week 6	7th Dec 2020 - 13th Dec 2020
Week 7	14th Dec 2020 - 20th Dec 2020
Week 8	21st Dec 2020 - 27th Dec 2020

(a) Each Member is only allowed to win the prizes ONCE.
(b) In the event that any of the Member has already won between the campaign period, the prize will be distributed to the following ranked Member.

7. Prizes or Vouchers won will be dispatched to winners within 14 working days from the respective dates of announcement.
(a) Prizes or Vouchers won will be automatically credited into Member’s account. Winners can find their vouchers from GETBATS website “Inbox”.
(b) Vouchers received are not exchangeable for cash or any other items.

8. GETBATS reserves the right to forfeit any Members from participating in the GETBATS Virus Buster and/ or related activities if it believes that dishonesty and trickery were detected. Such Member may be dealt with appropriately.

9. GETBATS reserves the right to replace any vouchers without prior notices.

10. All game points will be converted to BATS, 100 points = 1 BATS. BATS are the credits used for GETBATS future campaigns.

11. Any points won are not exchangeable for cash or any other items.

12. You can only play GETBATS Virus Buster from GETBATS mobile responsive website.

13. GETBATS reserves the right to vary the Terms and Conditions without prior notice, or withdraw/discontinue the GETBATS Virus Buster at any time without any notice or liability to any party. In the event of any inconsistencies between the Terms & Conditions herein and any marketing or promotional materials relating to the GETBATS Virus Buster, the Terms and Conditions herein shall prevail.
